so, vollyball is pretty much base on legs? i'm not suppose to exert force in my arms? i'm suppose to let the ball hit my arms to bounce off? how do you control the direction of the vollyball when you hit at the same time? oh man, i dont think i learned right ;[ thanks for letting me know! |
