I don't usually have this problem... Options

Usually when I make a new layout it doesn't show the "©2003-2006 MySpace. All Rights Reserved. " but now it does,i'm guessing because it's an a lot smaller div than i'd usually have and above my divs the "View My: Pics | Videos" is showing...how do I hide them..thanks!
