i have.. a problem.
i can't gain weight. no matter what. i've tried eating more junk food, and i've stayed about 85ish pounds since like, the 4th grade. And i've noticed i've been eating a lot less. i dont have an appetite a lot anymore. my mom says it's nothing. i think i'm underweight based on my BMI and stuff, but she says i'm not.  i do not believe her.do you have any suggestions on what to do to gain weight heathily? |

Don't TRY to be fat. Being skinny is only bad if it's because you don't eat at all. Just keep eating healthy foods and doing the same thing you have been doing.
