i have.. a problem.
i can't gain weight. no matter what. i've tried eating more junk food, and i've stayed about 85ish pounds since like, the 4th grade. And i've noticed i've been eating a lot less. i dont have an appetite a lot anymore. my mom says it's nothing. i think i'm underweight based on my BMI and stuff, but she says i'm not.  i do not believe her.do you have any suggestions on what to do to gain weight heathily? |

Don't eat junk food!
..It's not healthy for you and shit. Try eating a variety of food from the food pyramid, and if you're that worried, start by counting your calories [if possible]. Make sure you're getting the required 2,500 cals. to gain a few pounds.
