does anyone know where to get those boxes at the sides of the banner? cause i don`t know if that was a brush or if it was made using Photoshop.

i tried making it into a brush, but it wouldn`t work cause i couldn`t click on just the boxes. i used the tutorial they had here. "/ does anyone else know?
