I feel very insecure about this, honestly, I've never actually made out with anyone. I tried it once with my friend but I was ultimately digusted and pulled away. Pretty much after that I haven't tried again. I mean, what do your teeth do? How do you make out? And is it really like massaging your tongue against the other's? Eh, keep this topic here. You don't have to make out. I personally don't favor it. But if you ever get stuck just follow the person your kissing's pattern.
