soo this guy assumes i like him =\ and i dont...but its alot more complicated than that ...he just sent me a text message last night part of it saying "at least i can fall asleep happy knowing that you like me" ..and im like..erf O.o since when did i say i like him..and im trying to figure out a way to say that i dont like him and that im not interested in a relationship

edit: ok i told him im not interested in a relationship..but he wont go awayy!! ive tried every excuse i can think of...well first..in order to let him down easy...i told him i liked him a bit (which may be a bit true) but im going off the college and hes not..so i dont think i want to start a relationship right now... but he wont go away still!! hes still like..but i really like you blahblahblah..and im freaking out now b/c i reeeally dont want to hurt his feelings b/c hes so nice but i really dont want a relationship w/ him! how should i get him to go away..?? cry.gif

There is no such thing as a nice way to reject someone. Don't worry about not wanting to hurt his feelings. After all, you already told him to back off, right? He would've already been hurt by that. If not, he's just an airhead or living in denial that he still has a chance with you.

Get him to sit down and talk to you about it. Don't do it through instant messaging or on the phone. Tell him exactly how you feel - that you only think of him as a friend.

If he still keeps on bothering you, don't pay him much attention. The "fun" will eventually wear of him and he will soon accept the fact that you two can't be any more than just friends.
