Hey guys! I've been gone for a while. But I'm back, full-time now. Anyways, to get to the point of my story. I remember I told you guys that I asked out a girl and that we dated for about a month. Just now, she started being the biggest and most stuck up butthead ever. I will refrain from using bitch, because she doesn't deserve that, yet. Unless she continues doing what she's doing. Anyway back to the story, I usually leave my pet with her when my family goes out on vacation because she takes care of it with no problem. Everything seemed all good, except for when the day I went to pick up my cat.

I called her about 5 times because I wanted my cat back. My parents just drove from New York to North Carolina so they were already tired and I wanted to get this over with. So after a while of calling, I thought "Maybe if I get there and she's not home, her mom will let me take my cat..because I mean, it's my cat." So I drove over there with my mom because I don't have my license yet. When I get there, she's walking out of the house. Getting ready to leave somewhere. To her brother's championship baseball game and they were already late. And I told her, "Can I just get my cat? It'll take about 5 seconds." And she replied with a no and my mother and I left.

Eventually I got my cat the next day. But there was a complete silence while we were bring down the stuff into the car. She didn't even start a conversation with my dad and she always does that. So I instantly get irritated and just drive off. She didn't even start a conversation with me. Just a "Hi" & "Bye". So I tell her bestfriend, whom I trusted because she was like my bestfriend and I vented to her. I come to find out that she tells my ex. Then my ex tells me I'm the most annoying 15 year older she had ever met and that I'm very clingy. She said "I would hang out with you for 2 minutes and I'd already be sick of you" Etc. Mean, negative things like that.

I've cut connections with both of those girls.
But I don't know what do now.

It's possible she's being stuck-up, but maybe she has a point.

Here's a story about myself: I met this girl back when I was a sophomore in high school. She was a freshman. We started talking a lot. She was really nice to me, and we became pretty good friends. Being a rather insecure guy who quickly became attached to any girl who showered him with attention, I naturally started to like her. I started calling her from time to time, stopping to talk to her in the halls, walking her home after school, sometimes even stopping by her house afterwards. Seemed all fine and dandy to me. Sometimes she seemed to be hinting that she couldn't or didn't want to talk when I'd talk to her after school, and then she'd leave.

One day, I offered to walk her home; she declined, saying she had something to do anyway, and left school. Well, I couldn't get a ride home until later, so I just followed her back to her house and knocked on her door. No problem, right?

Long story short, she stopped talking to me. She got mad. She told my best friend I was "annoying" and that she'd like to punch me in the face. Okay, a little bit harsh, for sure. But you know what? I had been annoying. I had been clingy. And it wasn't unreasonable that she'd get angry, since she had tried really hard to hint that fact to me, without coming out and telling me straight and possibly hurting my feelings. (They would've definitely been hurt, too; now that I'm older, I like people to tell me things straight up, but back then, I would've been upset to hear that.)

Now, I'm not saying you're annoying or clingy or even like I was back then. I don't know you personally. I don't know everything about your life. But you know you. So if, to you, you sound like me, don't get too offended at her words—use them to help yourself. It's possible that, although harsh, she was right.
