I was wondering what the youngest age was when you were supposed to make out with someone. My mom is totally stuck in the 60's where guys walk you to your steps and then leave ((no kissing)) you should get your first kiss when you're 18 yrs old. You should lose your virginity at 20 and then between 18-20 you can make out with boys. But only if you truley love them.
however, I've kissed, hugged, held hands with, made out, and been groped by guys before and I'm only 13. Does this make me a slut/whore? Because I don't wish to be...frankly, I don't think anyone does.

No, it doesn't mean you're a slut/whore, but you're still young so I wouldn't suggest going further at your age. My mom thinks 18 years old is too young to get kissed. Like makes it out to be equal as going wild and then ending up homeless someday cuz I didn't study enough cuz I kissed someone.
