i was wondering how you exactly make a layout.. what tools and stuff like that.. im really interested in making some layouts and have pretty cool ideas but i just cant make it happen because i dont know what to do... can anyone help me.. thanks!

an easy way would be to jsut compile a bunch of codes from this webstie together to your liking and custom settings... i prefer to use the xanga editor under "xanga tools" works good but be sure to save your code before viewing it or it will delete it....
