If someone could please help me make sense of this code and where it belongs it would be much appreciated. I'm trying to put comments in a DIV layout. I've found a code, but don't know how to use it.

if someone could please help me figure out where the code goes to make the comments visible in this DIV layout (preferable at the bottom horizontally) it would be a great help. Thanx

Thanks. I've got the comments up, but one more question. Is there a way to put this in a horizontal scroll box along the bottom without any vertical scrollbar? that's the next step lol. Oh, and the ADD COMMENT link at the bottom can (and preferably should) be done away with.
