you dont have to be skinny and stick thin to be beautiful
if ur friends r ur friends cuz of ur looks, then they're not ur friends most of my friends are skinny too, but i dont let it get to me! sure im not the happiest about my figure, but im not gonna try to starve myself to be this media conjured up twisted image of the pretty girl!!!!  we're people and we were made to be unique if we were all the same then i would die of boringness my friends love me for who i am as a person, not because of looks the last thing you have to do is to learn how to love yourself. dont crash diet because in that time that u are crash dieting you are partly destructing your body So love others, love your family, and most importantly love yourself. because everything happens for a reason |
