does tea/coffee like stunt your growth?? i've heard that from so many ppl but idk if its true, is it?? does coffee or tea actually stunt your growth??

because it contain caffine. caffine break down mineral in your bone which decrease the length and wide of it. for full effect, drink coffee everyday.
