Music File, How to upload... Options

I was wondering if theres a way that I could take a file from my computer and upload it or make it to where I can play it on my xanga. I'm not exactly sure how else to say it... I'm just wanting to take a song from my itunes program and make it play on my xanga. The problem is, the artist isn't well known so I can't get the song anywhere else but from where I've downloaded it and my itunes. On the site I got it from you cannot create a shortcut. If anyone could help me I'd really appreciate it...

PS- Another question, how do I put a pattern where the 'title bar' I suppose you could say is for the top box, subscriptions, my blogrings, and my calendar?

I have a pattern for the date area already.... I've looked through your codes and I didn't see one for the other boxes. However, I may have overlooked it and if I have I'm sorry.

thank you very much, now if xanga will ever unfreeze my account I'll be able to apply the codes etc. 30 minutes 30 minutes 30 minutes, over 3 hours later no results...Ridiculous, anyways thanks for all your help
