You know this may sound odd, but it's a pretty interesting question. I was just at McDonald's about an hour ago. I myself ordered a hamburger big kid's meal w/ no ketchup.
 But I want to know what you fancy when you go to this restaurant, with its infamous "chicken" mcnuggets and smelly play parks.

Usually a McChicken combo meal or a snack wrap w/ medium fries.
I'm trying to maintain a healthier diet when I go to McDonald's though, but it's uber hard.  Their stuff is freaking addicting.
