Cranberry juice has alot of calories. I can't see it helping you to lose weight. My neice has drank it her whole life. She always has cranberry juice, drinks it all day long most everyday. She has not lost weight drinking it. Maybe if you used fresh cranberries and juiced yourself....I don't know
