Why do some people feel the need to turn every topic totally off topic, or have a conversation in it?

^ Yeah, but it's never happened before...when createBlog was way cooler. Okay, well, maybe it happened a little. Now it's just irksome and excessively done.
 I think it's mostly due to the lack of quality of the actual threads themselves.
