ok let's AAAAAALL calm down! obviously the issue doesn't revolve about the girl liking two boys but now we have two other people fighting over who's right and who's wrong bla bla. so! in my own experience....i dated a guy who was 19 when i was 14 and i'll tell you something straight up. I REGRET EVERY SINGLE BIT OF IT! first of all that's way too old [even if he were 18, that doesn't make a difference]. boys that age [for the most part] don't go looking for a 14-yr-old gf. i know it may come off harsh but it's true! i say look for boys no older than 16! you'll have way more in common and your minds are at the same level basically [as far as level of maturity is concerned]. why do i regret it so much? because he was experienced in fields i wasn't yet ready for! i felt uncomfortable because i was so young! therefore he broke up with me because that was all he could think of.
you may be ready for him but he just may not want you because of the fact that he's 18. isn't he going to college soon? look...all i'm trying to say is that guys at that age have a whole different mindset you don't want any part of. believe me! once you're 18 you'll understand what i'm trying to say. people say that age doesn't matter...well...IT DOES!!!! and i dont know about you but i'd never let my little 14-yr-old daughter date an 18-yr-old [if i ever have any kids]. so take my advice....be patient...your turn will come. THERE ARE SO MANY FISH IN THE SEA!!!! patience....that's the only word you need to know. hopefully you'll do the right thing :) real quick...ohio guy...honestly long distance relationships can be exciting for a while HOWEVER! it will die out and you'll get super lonely and desperate even. just wait it out til he moves....then you'll be able to tell how you truly feel! hope this helped... |
