I told him I liked him. He told me he liked me. But, he hasn't asked me out, yet. I understand from what his friends say, he's the shy type. I perfectly understand that, but when I have my friend ask him when he plans on asking me out, I always am told "Soon." Recently, a few days ago in school, I had her ask him again. She told me that he "wants to get to know me better." The twist is, he's a senior, and i'm only a freshmen. So, as each day passes by, it makes me feel as if it'll be too late, late as in June of 2006, by the time he bothers to ask me out. I'm not the biggest waiter with this stuff unless I can feel/tell that it's love. I'm not going to force him, because who knows what would happen. I just wish he would ask me out "soon"

he is obviously being shy, just try talking to him more, and spending more time with him, and he will eventually get the courage to ask you out, he probably wants to but just feels that he can't yet...
