Yeah I meant the periods of music.
Personally I like romantic songs. I need a good romantic song to play on the piano. |

Yeah I meant the periods of music. Personally I like romantic songs. I need a good romantic song to play on the piano. If you like extremely romantic pieces, then go for Chopin. Tons of to-die-for tempo rubato and pedalling. Any of his nocturnes are always good because, even at a higher grade level, they're still easy. Just be prepared for a lot of movement in the elbows, as there are a lot of big jumps between notes. I'm playing a Schumann for my Romantic selection now, and it's nothing compared to a Chopin. The pedalling is EXTREMELY annoying. |
