Eating healthy and excercising may in theory but some people (including myself) just need to go the extra mile. I need to be thin not because cosmetic reasons but because it could affect my career.
Please don't just assume that everyone who goes on crash diets are looking for attention from guys or "beauty." Sometimes it goes a little bit deeper than that. |
