2) Don't run away from a robber or a dog or something, protect the girl xD

4) dont talk about yourself only, let her know you want to know about her too
5) Dont invite her to your home yet unless you're doing hw and i doubt you will
6) Dont think of jokes to make her laugh
7) Dont spray deoderant on yourself...maybe your clothes and just walk into it
8) dont wear a suit with a tie...well not unless your going to a ball...lols
9) act casual and be yourself

5. if they're just going to watch a movie/talk then i don't see an issue. but if theyre going out 1 day and his parents arent home.. that might suggest he wants to do something and would be awkward.

I don't mind spitting, as long as it's not every other minute. Spit when you need to, don't spit when you don't. Even I spit in the street sometimes. Sick and unfeminine? sure, but do I care? not one bit.
