Okay, I am very confused in using the CCS scripts(short version)...plz help??? Options

Okay I need to know what part goes to what thing, I've tried for the past 3 hours with little luck.

If anyone has an image that states what goes to what, cuz I can't understand any of this.

I really need help big time, and I'm very frustrated.

Plz I know nothing about html, and the page builder on myspacesupport pretty much sucks.
