Help!, I need help with 2 things on my profile... Options

Hey...I've seen on other peoples profile how they have in their "about me" section something like


(example):


- I'm _______ -

- I'm ___ years old -

- I'm from _____ -


etc....but in the "about me" section itself you can't skip lines to put stuff like that...at least not for me how do you do that??
and I've also seen on other peoples myspace profiles how they'll have a whole other mini scroll box where they put information and photos in, and also they make it transparent so it will go with their profile. can someone help me with how to do that? I'd really appreciate it thanks!!

if you put in this:
