What do you do when you are hungry at 1:00 AM and you cant find anything good to eat ?

First off, it is unhealthy to have midnight snacks, after-midnight snacks, or before bedtime snacks.
But if you can't resist midnight snacking and what-not make sure whatever you are eating is healthy: crackers, fruits, granola, etc. And OF COURSE, if you can't find anything to eat, it means you need to stalk up your pantry, & fridge all that jazz. ![]() |

Your body is metabolising 24/7, so it's okay. Anyway I'm always lazy and just eat cereal...I want a croissant with Alouette spread...D=! |
