My bold text on my layout will not show up. How do I get it to appear?

don't bump topics unless its 3 days old
also bold text does show if you would like to change how it appears put this in your about me area CODE <style type="text/css">
b {background-color: a23b66; color: cccccc; font-family:Georgia; font-size:8pt; letter-spacing:0pt; font-weight:bold; }</style> |
