 i just heard about this sh*t- some kind of genetic disorder that reduced oxygen-carrying capacity of the blood. And instead of red blood, blue people have brown blood

Incidentally, the condition described above is also common in the Amish, due to inbreeding as well.
And as a side note, blood isn't actually blue; deoxygenated blood is dark red.[1] (Also, not to step on anyone's toes, but I think this topic is worth leaving open. There might be some other questions or comments regarding the condition.) |
