 Just woke up a short while ago from a nap I didnt' wanna take, but I was so tired[and I still am] and it was cuz I took some Nyquil this morning. I can remember some specific moments where I was watching tv waiting for my favorite show to go on and then I fall asleep and wake up with like a couple minutes left or right after the show ends. Sometime's I just fall asleep late afternoon and wake up at night. These are the moments when I wake up I feel like I just wasted 2 hours of my life and I want them back. This ever happen to you guys?

the tv thing happens to me quite often. i always tell my sister to wake me up when the show's on, so usually she remembers and reminds me. she keeps calling my name 'cause she knows i will fall asleep, but all i say is "yea yea, i'm awake, shut up!" so i eventually really DO fall asleep. but then there are other times where i love naps 'cause i don't feel i get enough sleep regularly.
