There's this girl that i have loved for 3 years now. I think she also has feelings for me, but I'm not sure. We're in high school and most days we don't get the chance to talk. She come's over sometimes, and we watch movies together. We hid under blankets and cozy up together and pay no attention to the movie. She let's me put my hands on her booty and up her shirt. She admits that she had feelings for me about 2 years ago, and I think she still likes me. I love her so freakin' much. The bad thing is that she sometimes ingores me and talks about other guys, which confuses me. I love her a lot, and I'm afraid to ask her out, because we have kind of been up and down for 3 years. I'm afraid that she'll say no and that I would feel like i have "wasted" three years on her. What should I do? Does she like me? Should I ask her out? I need some advice please. I've tried to move on, but I can't, because every time I see her, my love is renewed.

When I was in high school, there was a girl that liked me and wanted me to ask her out, so she pretended to like another guy in hopes it would prompt me to finally ask her. (The plan backfired horribly, but that's a different story.) It's possible the same thing is going on here.
