who's at fault?, me or him? Options

alright, me and my friend Daniel were just messing around with our friend Frank, 'cause he got a haircut. just Once. but all of the sudden he starts cussing us out. let me tell you, I was not in a good mood already and so of course I felt horrible. when I tried to apologize he simply said F U. I was so shocked, all I've ever been was nice to him. I Swear to God it's true. and now he even put me on his "sh*t list". I felt so guilty and being already partly depressed I cried. and now I have to see him at school and I don't think I can..
do you think he's overreacting or am I being a baby?

He got a new hair cut. Lots of people are self conscious about themselves and some people get bad haircuts. Maybe one or both or apply to him.

I'd get pissed too. If I was iffy about my new haircut and someone makes a comment reinforcing my iffiness I'd be hurt and pissed because you're just rubbing it in.

Last night, the guy I was seeing told me I missed a spot in my lower area. I got upset and slapped him because I'm self conscious there. I try my best to shave and it's hard to do that there since I shave in the shower and can't exactly see what I'm doing.

He had a reason for being pissed but he is overreacting for not accepting your apology and putting you on his sh*t list. Just give him time to get over it.
