Does anyone have this?
I'm pretty sure I have it. I will not rest easy if certain things aren't a certain way.

I had severe OCD for two years.
These things are definitely a sign that you are an anxious person, but many of us are. However, it's more than just being anxious if you have OCD. What do you DO if your fan is off? THAT's the question. If it feels like it's "hanging over your head" to turn the fan on, like you can't stop thinking about the fact that the fan's off and it's driving you absoloutely insane, THEN you might want to see a doctor. It seems like you might be an anxious person, but none of those are common symptoms for OCD. There are lists of common symptoms online, but most of them are things like having to step on things/touch objects certain numbers of times, or equal numbers of times with each hand. Things that normal people wouldn't think about, but because people with OCD are more anxious... Yeah. PLEASE PM me if you have more questions-- I'd love to help. that's another of mine, but the oppisote. the number has to be odd and can not end in 5... Yeah- this one's definitely an OCD symptom- lots of stuff with numbers.... (Sorry to double-post) |
