It's a file needed to install eastern asian languages on windows. I've only got the sp1 disk but I'm running on sp2. So i can't use that CD. thx

Check in C:\WINNT\System32\System32\dllcache (dllcache is a hidden directory, I think). It's possible you might have a copy lying around in there.
