Go on "my controls" on the top left and on the left of the page is a little sections with things like "edit my avitar" and "edit signature and stuff" to get your banner at the bottom just click edit signature everythings on that page
I cant remeber if HTML is needed for it if it is youll needa do the <img src="(imageurlhere)"> code |
