moving the "About Me" up, i read other codes, but they won`t work |

i read this code and copied it into my page, but i did the other code [to take the extended network/blogs off]; that one worked but to move the about me up, it didn't work.. so in other words; how can i move the "About Me" up? can someone please revise the code or something b/c apparently a lot of people are having the same problem.. if i`m just plain stupid [which i most likely am], can you please explain to me just HOW to move up the "About Me"? |

alright; so the code you gave me worked to remove the blogs and extended network, thanks.. however; i can`t seem to make my "About Me" go up still
CODE <div class="up"><table><tr><td><table><tr><td> i put it at the top of my About Me and the other code at the bottom; and yet, it won`t work.. so can you help me learn how to finally grasp this concept [and sorry if i`m being persistent; annoying] |
