Okay well, I was adding some artwork to some of my ipod video because there are sevral of songs that I did not buy from itunes. And at first I was confused because when I put some of the artwork it didnt show up for some stupid reason so I followed this person's idea (which was person from apple.com dicussions board)

- First in Itunes go to Edit > Preferences > Ipod Tab > Music Tab and make sure that the "Manually Manage Song and Playlists" button is selected.

- Next make sure that checkbox for "Display Album Artwork..." is unchecked. Click Ok.

- Go back to the main Itunes screen and make sure your IPOD library is selected and then hit CTRL-A to select all of the songs.

-Next right click on the highlighted songs and select "uncheck selection"

-Now go back to Ipod preferences and check the "Display Album Artwork" check box and click ok.

And I did all that, right..I thought it would work and all but instead it DELETED ALL MY ARTWORK!! Because a window did pop up asking if they could and I was like alright probably its part of the process. But no, I was a idiot and listened to that person, NOW all my artwork that I had on ipod is GONE!!! But see it still shows up on itunes but not my ipod..is there a way I can get it back?! also when I tried to re-do the whole steps above it gave me this message "Unknown Error occurred (-50).." but i forgot the rest...any help is great!

It's on iTunes but not your iPod? I would try resetting the iPod, then allowing iTunes to automatically update the iPod, and copying everything over again (automatically).

If I reset it will it delete everything on my ipod? And how exactly do I reset it? When you mean copying everything over again, how I do that automatically?
Sorry for the dumb Q's, I'm just stupid at this stuff.
