and i don't know what to do. i can't ask her about it because we aren't that close and i can't tell my parents because they'd kill her first, then my sister would kill me. i don't want anything to happen to her. what do i do?

If it was just a phase, explain to me why there are hundreds of health centers aroundt the world to help people with this. Even though you used to/do it you sound really ignorant. You of all people should know better.
