so what do you think about plastic surgery....my friends and I were talking about plastic surgery and thats what made me think of this topic......

I've got mixed feelings about it.
If somebody truely needs it to help them with self-esteem issues then I say go for it. But all of those rich wives who get something different done every month are stupid. All of that extra money could be spent on better things or even donated.  I think just because people don't fit the perfect mold doesn't mean that they should change themselves. What ever happened to the saying "It's what on the inside that counts"..... I guess if it's a minor thing then it shouldn't need to be fixed but if it's a major thing then surgery could be considered.
