image in comments resize code, not resizing all my images |

I found and used the code in scripts that is used to resize the images posted in the comments so that the tables won;t get stretched. but it's only resizing some of my images. it's not resizing the animated gifs that are also active links. my page is http://www.myspace.com/glowpop if you would like to see what i mean. anyway to resize these images? =/ thanks

sorry, i'm still confused. so what would i change the numbers to so that the images in the following comments aren't distorted?:
