How exactly do people get to be 20% something or 10% something, or anything like that? Racial makeup is the result of a binary operation, so the fractional denominators should be powers of 2…

I've done a bunch of scenarios, and you can split the ethnicity in half again and again ad infinitum, but it's always going to be split in half, which means a denominator that is a power of 2… |
