ive been told it hurts the first time...
im kinda actually scared... does it hurt? and is there a lot of bleeding?

The bleeding doesn't cause any actual pain, but the cramps can or may be noticeable. It really depends. When I got mine, I wasn't sure if it was it or not, and it was.. but I don't recall any pain. But, then again, that was some six years ago...
