misaligned sidebar in comment page Options

I'm including my sidebar in my WP comment pages by simply putting <?php include('sidebar.php'); ?> in both the "wp-comments-post.php" and "wp-commentsrss2.php" files.
But in the comment pages, it looks misaligned.

Is there another place where I need to include the sidebar file again?
