Does anyone have this?
I'm pretty sure I have it. I will not rest easy if certain things aren't a certain way.

things sitting on a table must not be in contact with one another.
you know those old school rhymes about "step on a crack, break you momma's back" or whatever? i'm not worried about breaking my mother's back (anymore) but stepping on a crack on a floor makes me incredibly nauseas until I sit and calm down. patterns are my downfall. if i see a pattern in a picture or anywhere, i have to follow it with my eyes until i'm able to distract myself from it. getting stuck. that's what it's called. but if i touch something wrong, i almsot physically get stuck, where i can't move for a minute or so. more patterns being numbers. if i see a phone number or an address, i have to find some way to make all the numbers correlate with one another. also, if i get a snippet of a song stuck in my head, i start to count with it, and i count forever... or until i forget which number comes next, or manage to switch songs. and there's probably more, but it's mostly difficult to explain stuff. not like the above was easy, but i'm sure you understand. |

more patterns being numbers. if i see a phone number or an address, i have to find some way to make all the numbers correlate with one another. I used to do that, too. I'd have to come up with an equation for all the numbers, and I didn't like times that didn't work out well like that. I have the same issue with the volume of a TV: I always have to have the volume set to an even number or a multiple of 5. |
