I'd like to make gifts for people but I like giving people something they can really use... The things I can make are really just for decoration. I'm not too great with the homemade stuff anyway. I remember in first grade I made my mom a Mother's Day card. All the cards were all in the shape of a teapot with a little Lipton's tea bag inside with a little poem about relaxing with tea. I picked the cover especially for her because it was a big red flower, though my mother has kept it all these years, she gave it back to me
![]() I've made those annoying pastel paper stars, after awhile it hurt my fingertips because of the points. I've made woven bracelets, they were quite time consuming because I was very anal about them. The instructions were easy but I took extra time to see if I did things correctly. I'm just a freak about homemade things, if I can't get it right I'll just toss it or something. |
