Contact table, I need help |

Okay, so I had a template for my contact table, and now I can't put anything behind it cause I deleted the template. i don't know how to put an image behind the thing and it won't show anything I'm doing on Photoshop. I'm confused. Can someone please help me out? Thanks a million!

thanks. I still don't understand how to put an image for the background though. It's confusing me. But thanks for all of your help!
