ya know how you can hide the comment table and just have like add, message, comment.

well i forgot how to do it..

Or, you can make them on MS paint yourself,
1st- make it on paintt(save it)
2nk-host it on photobucket...tiny pic...ect.
3rd-fill in the uppercase spots
