What do u guys think of the whole idea of leggings with a short skirt? leggings are those really tight pants that girls, mostly, used to wear with really long shirts. u kno like in Full house? yeah. so what do u think of them?

I only use leggings to avoid getting in trouble for wearing short skirts at school, but our district has now made a rule that you still can't wear skirts above mid thigh even with leggings. Which bothers me because it makes no sense since they're .. like pants. |
