OCD isn't something you can diagnose yourself with. It has to be professionally diagnosed and treated. It's a serious illness. Just because you're a bit anal about something doesn't mean you have OCD.

They're just using it as a way to describe how anal they are about something. *anyway* I'm totally anal/ocd when it comes to germs on food/ public restrooms/ door handles/ telephones. Also: when i'm trying to fall asleep, there can be NO LIGHT in the room. (you know how some radios have little buttons that light up? yea, i put stickers over mine.) also: when i'm trying to fall asleep, there has to be absolute silence and/or my air purifyer has to be on to make a constant, low hum that covers up any noise. |
