I need your guy's help/advice with figuring this one boy out. We work together, and we're really good friends. I've however started liking him last year, and told myself that I can't like him he has a gf, and that's just the way it's going to be. Although he did flirt with me when he had a gf, to be honest I was shocked when I found out he was with someone.

Whenever we see each other he will always like bump into me or do something to get my attention, he pick's on me, and always find's a way to get me to laugh. Although over this winter I started not to like him, who he was. He's not very responsible, and just doesn’t care. He mention's girl's a lot, and talk's about how "hot" he wishes they were. And a part of me get's really hurt because it just put's me to shame I guess. He's 2 years's older than me, and we’re really opposites. I have morals and respect for myself; he is just looking for a good time, and always up to trying something new. But now things are different. He's single, and mentioned to me about likening/hanging out with a girl close to being my age. This can be good for me because at least I know he does date younger. He is doing different stuff this year. He's flirting a lot more, and even inviting me out to hang out with him and some of his friends. However he still has some of his old habits. I'm trying not to like him, because I can't figure him out, but when he's not around, I really miss him.

How do you think his feelings are towards myself, I don't want to be the one again this year, missing out on another relationship because of him.

Firstly, you can not deny your feelings for someone. If you like someone, you like someone. The only thing you can do is just be friends with him for the moment, but don't hang out with him too much. Focus on other things and eventually your infatuation with him will begin to wear off.
