Help with layout ! Options

Please help me with my layout I am making, and I can't figure out what is wroung.

As you can see here the two things go to geather my postes and my nav. I have tried every thing and I can't get it to work.
Please Help.

OMG Thank you so much, I fell so dumb thanks again to the both of you. I just have on small question how do I get the scroll bar moved over next to my words?

You guys have made me want to make many more of these layouts I love it, it is so fun.
