Banner in extra space, URGENT |

Um, i put a banner in my space and it's cool and all but I can't make it look bigger, the only thing the code i have lets you control is how bi is the spae you're using,so please anybody help me with this.

Do not resize it in MS Paint, it'll look crappy. I've tried before.
